Cast in high-purity ASTM A494 Grade CW6MC (Cast Inconel 625) and forged from ASTM B564 / B446 UNS N06625, our Inconel 625 gate valves deliver an extreme PREN≥45, complete immunity to chloride stress-corrosion cracking (SCC), and exceptional structural integrity from cryogenic conditions down to −196 ∘C up to extreme thermal service at +1000 ∘C.

Key Features & Advantages

• Extreme Pitting & Crevice Corrosion Protection: High molybdenum (∼9%) and niobium (∼3.5%) content provides a high Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN≥45), guaranteeing absolute immunity to localized pitting and crevice corrosion in hot seawater, high-pressure brine, and oxidizing acids.

• Bi-Directional Tight Shut-Off: Precision-machined flexible or solid wedge profiles paired with hard-faced seat rings (Stellite 6) ensure certified API 598 / ISO 5208 leak-tight isolation under extreme system vibration and pressure differentials.

• Heavy-Duty OS&Y Construction: Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) design keeps stem threads isolated from aggressive line media, preventing thread erosion and galling while providing visual open/close position indication.

Gate Valve Design Configurations Offered

• API 600 Bolted Bonnet Inconel 625 Gate Valves:

  • Design: Heavy-duty cast construction with a flexible wedge geometry to prevent mechanical thermal binding in high-temperature, high-pressure pipelines (2" to 24").

  • Best For: Main line isolation in offshore topsides, seawater manifolds, and severe chemical process lines.

• API 602 Forged Inconel 625 Gate Valves:

  • Design: Heavy-wall forged body with bolted or welded bonnet for high-pressure, small-bore piping systems (1/2" to 2").

  • Best For: Instrument isolation, chemical injection lines, high-pressure sampling, and vent/drain points.

• Pressure Seal Inconel 625 Gate Valves:

  • Design: Internal line pressure drives the bonnet seal wedge tighter against the body ring, ensuring zero leakage at extreme pressures (Class 900 to 2500).

• Best For: High-pressure subsea manifolds, catalytic cracker feeds, and severe thermal power streams..
