• 2-Piece Flanged Floating Ball Valves:

  • Design: Split-body design offering full-port flow capacity with minimal pressure drop.

  • Best For: General severe chemical process isolation, Class 150 to Class 600 pipelines.

• 3-Piece Forged & Cast Ball Valves (1/2" to 2"):

  • Design: Swing-out center section design allowing easy in-line seat and seal replacement without disturbing piping flanges.

  • Best For: High-cycle chemical feed lines, drain/vent systems, and instrument isolation.

• Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valves (Class 150 to 2500):

  • Design: Fixed ball supported by upper and lower trunnion bearings, reducing operating torque in large-diameter or high-pressure applications.

  • Best For: High-pressure slurry lines, sour gas processing, and large-bore transmission.

• Metal-Seated Hastelloy Ball Valves:

  • Design: Hard-faced Hastelloy C-276 ball and matching metal seats designed for abrasive slurries and high-temperature service up to +800C.

• Precision Metal-to-Metal Seats: High-precision lapped seating rated to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class V / ISO 5208 Rate B for high-temperature and abrasive slurry conditions.
