1. Unmatched Material Expertise (The Falcon Specialty) We understand that "one size fits all" does not apply to severe service. Our foundry and engineering teams specialize in Exotic Metallurgy. While others stop at Stainless Steel, we excel in casting and machining rare alloys to combat specific types of corrosion and abrasion.

• For Acids: Hastelloy C-276, Alloy 20, and Titanium.

• For Sea Water/Chlorides: Duplex (2205) and Super Duplex (2507) Stainless Steel.

• For High Heat: Inconel 600/625 and Monel 400.

2. Zero-Clog Design for Solids & Slurries Our Knife Gate Valves feature a precision-beveled gate edge that acts like a guillotine. It cuts through heavy pulp, viscous fluids, and dry solids, clearing the seat area during closing to ensure a bubble-tight shutoff every time.
