Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022) has enhanced resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C22 valves work in both oxidizing and reducing environments.Hastelloy C22 is used in seawater, brine, wet chlorine, formic and acetic acids, ferric and cupric acids. .
