Gate Valve Construction Types Offered

• Bolted Bonnet (BB) Flexible Wedge Gate Valves:

  • Design: Heavy-duty bolted bonnet with a flexible wedge disc that adjusts to seat angles under thermal stress or piping strain.

  • Best For: General chemical plant isolation, Class 150 to Class 600 process lines.

• Pressure Seal Bonnet (PSB) Gate Valves:

  • Design: Utilizes internal line pressure to energize the bonnet seal, offering increased tightness as pressure rises.

  • Best For: Ultra-high pressure severe process applications (Class 900 to Class 2500).

• Forged Hastelloy C-276 Small-Bore Gate Valves (1/2" to 2"):
